Martha Jones Obituary

Ms. Martha Jene Jones was born February 5, 1948 to the late Ms. Johnnie Mae Walton and Mr. Jack Rudd., in Tunica County. She passed away on April 14, 2016, @ Golden_Living Center in Batesville, MS. Services are Mon. April 18, 2016 @ 12 noon . Liberty Heights Church of God Burial: Shiloh Church Cemetery, Courtland, MS She later relocated to Detroit, Michigan until the early 1970's. She then relocated to Los Angeles, California where she lived her life to the fullest until her health begin to fail in 2010. She later moved to Batesville, MS and joined the Liberty heights Church of God., where she enjoyed worshipping every Sunday and Wednesday nights. She was a faithful member and loved her church family. She leaves to cherish her memories: 3 brothers- Jimmy Rudd of Batesville, MS, Joe Rudd of Water Valley, MS, Roosevelt Jones of Detroit, MI. Three children: Ellen D. Jones, Sharon R. Jones, and Raymond Jones, of Batesville, MS. A host of nephews, nieces, and friends.
